airmenselection.cdac.in Indian Airforce Recruitment 2024 Apply Online Indian Air Force (IAF) has announced a creative scheme for young, energetic men from various northern regions of India including Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir, Chandigarh and Ladakh. Airforce Group Y Jobs Selection Process 2024
The selection process is rigorous and includes a variety of steps:
- Physical Fitness Test (PFT): This consists of a 1.6 km run, push-ups, sit-ups and squats within a fixed time.
- Written Test: Candidates who qualify the PFT will have to appear in an objective type test focusing on English, Reasoning and General Awareness.
- Adaptability Test-II: It tests the candidates’ ability to adapt to the military lifestyle of the Air Force.
- Medical Examination: Conducted by the Air Force Medical Team as per strict rules to clear that the candidates are capable of serving. Candidates must meet high medical standards including minimum height, chest measurement and specifice vision requirements. They should not have LASIK surgery or have tattoos that could be misinterpreted.
