- Applicants who are applying for Norcet Must have a B.Sc (Hons) Nursing/B.SC Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council Or State Nursing Council.
- OR applying Candidate must have B.SC (Post certificate)/Post Basic B.SC Nursing form Indian Nursing Counsil Or State Nursing Counsil.
- Aspirants must be registered with the state / Indian Nursing Council as Nurses and midwife.
OR - Applicant must have a Diploma in General Nursing midwifery from the State Nursing Council or Indian Nursing Council.
