DDA Housing Scheme 2024, Price List, Application Process The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched three new housing schemes in Narela, Dwarka, Sirsapur, Ramgarh, Rohini, Loknayakpuram and Jasola. More than 40,000 flats will be made available in affordable, middle income and high income categories.
DDA Affordable Home Housing Scheme 2024 and DDA Middle Class Housing Scheme 2024 were launched on 19 August. Registration for both the schemes started on 22 August and will remain open till 31 March 2025. DDA Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024 was launched on 19 August, with registration starting a day earlier. This scheme will also end on 31 March 2025.

DDA Housing Scheme Eligibility 2024
The applicant must be an Indian citizen and must be at least 18 years of age.
- The applicant must not own any residential flat or plot of area larger than 67 sq.m. in his/her name or in the name of his/her spouse or his/her dependent relatives, including unmarried children, in the urban areas of Delhi, New Delhi or Delhi Cantonment.
- A candidate can submit only one application.
- Both husband and wife can apply separately for the scheme, but if both are selected in the draw, only one can retain the flat.
- If the applicant wishes to apply under more than one category, the application amount for the higher category must be paid.
- If an applicant submits a joint application under SC/ST reserved category, the joint applicant must belong to a family.
- If a joint application is made under War Widows, Disabled Persons, Ex-Servicemen and Other Reserved Category, the applicant must belong to the specific reserved category. Also, the joint applicant should belong to a family.
- The individual or joint income of the applicant applying in the category of economically weaker section flats should not exceed Rs 3 lakh per annum.

DDA Housing Scheme 2024 Documents Required After Draw Of DDA Flats in Delhi
Successful applicants will have to submit the following documents:
- Self-attested copy of PAN card.
- Proof of residence (self-attested copy of passport, ration card, driving license, government identity card, telephone, electricity or water bill, house tax receipt, bank passbook or Aadhaar card).
- Self-attested copy of bank passbook or account statement for the last one year mentioned in the application form, or copy of income tax return filed by the applicant for the assessment year.
DDA Housing Scheme Application Process 2024
The process to apply for DDA Housing Scheme 2024 is as follows:
- Visit the official DDA website: https://eservices.dda.org.in/ to check all relevant information, such as flat size, layout plan, and location.
- Applicants have to pay an application fee depending on their category:
- – EWS (Economically Weaker Section): RS. 10,000
- – LIG (Low Income Group): RS. 15,000
- The application amount is deposited towards the cost of the flat. However, it is non-refundable if the application is surrendered or cancelled.
- Apply online and choose a flat on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
- Once you have chosen a flat, you have 30 minutes to pay the application amount online. After the payment, the flat is reserved in your name.
